What I truly love to do is to teach women to clarify and prioritize their complex life so that they create amazing and lasting change and have a clear vision of how, on a daily basis, to accomplish what is most important.
Even as a young child I enjoyed organizing the chaos in my family home. Like you, my mom was a committed mom AND had a demanding career, a home to manage, a spouse and children she was devoted to.
When I was 12, I started my own house cleaning/organizing business with a friend. My aim was to help my mom keep her sanity so family could enjoy her attention AND a smoothly operating home.
My University of Kansas degrees are in psychology and human relations. Both serve me well as we untangle the often confusing and frustrating web caused by overwhelm and disorganization.
My years of teaching meditation provided me with skills to infuse our work with valuable basics such as calm, simplicity and optimism.
My background in professional organizing began in 1978 with a 5-year, large scale construction program for a non-profit. It continued as a personal assistant to the director of a corporate divestiture involving AT&T and the FCC in Washington, DC.
In the 30+ years since, I have worked with individual clients, families and small businesses to tackle the costly problems of inefficiency caused by disorganization. My clients and I have created realistic systems that provide ease and harmony and allow for greater enjoyment and productivity in life.
